Rich & Claire London. Review Submitted: April 13, 2011
Date of Stay: March 2011
My girlfirend and I stayed here in March and had a fantastic
time. The house was just what we were after - very big and
extremely well kept, close to all the amenities of Caleta
de Fuste but sufficiently removed and secure to still be peaceful
and relaxing. The pool is larger than you would normally find
in these complexes and we were even able to do some lengths,
but we actually did most of our sunbathing in the good sized
private garden area.
Caleta itself
is also a happy medium - busy enough that there are things
to do and lots of choice for places to eat, but not sufficiently
untouristy and relaxed that you can walk down the street
without getting hassled or PR'd to go in places.
Booking etc was
simple as the owner is very friendly. Getting access on
arrival was also very easy as we had been given good instructions
on how to get there and were greeted and shown in by one
of the complex residents, Graham, who acts as managing agent
for this house.
All in all, if
you are looking for a relaxing break in a quality holiday
home then I would definitely recommend this place!!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the
management team for a wonderful holiday. From the moment of
arrival to the very last minute it was an absolute pleasure
staying in your property, the best way to describe it is a
home from home.
With all the essential amenities, we didn’t need
for any thing on our stay and the house cleanliness was
spot on! 10/10. I really would recommend this property to
anyone looking to go to feurteventura, with only a 5 minute
walk to all the bars/restaurants some of which having the
bonus of Sky Sports, and again only 5 minutes to the beach
it would be silly not to.
The house itself was extremely spacious and comfortable,
2 bedrooms upstairs 1 in the basement, a large living space,
a nice size bathroom upstairs with bath/shower facilities,
and small bathroom downstairs, and a large basement which
we called the games room! With the added benefit of an xbox.
Out side there was a nice size patio leading on to a lovely
pool.
Lyndsey was an absolute pleasure to deal with; our booking
was all completed via e-mail and was a very very smooth
transaction. we look forward to booking for next year.

This is a fab house, very home from home feeling.Although
the complex had about 30ish houses, we felt as if we had our
own villa!, there were only one or two families around, and
most of the time we had the pool to our selves, brilliant.
Everything is within walking distance, as discribed in advert
would highly recommened lyndsey's townhouse, english managers
on site a big plus [if needed, very helpful].myself, husband
20yr daughter,30yrdaughter and 5month grandaughter had a wonderfull
relaxing chilled out time at this house, even my hubby agreed
[4 females] ordering him about still had a fantastic hoiliday.Hope
to revisit at some point in future. It's so easy to book and
lyndsey's very prompt to any query's you have. |

This was our first time in Fuerteventura and Caleta de fuste
and we had a wonderful time. We stayed in this beautiful
house right next to all the amenities and short walk to
the beach.
The house was immaculate and our children were delighted
as they had their own lounge area where they could watch
films and play on the games console away from us! The pool
and gardens were spotless and we had a great view of the
pool from the terrace.
There was so much to do especially for the children and
they were very upset when the holiday was over.
We would definitely go back to fuerteventura and would recommend
this house highly. it was very easy to book and we were
reassured all the way through. |

The property was exactly as described, spacious, clean, and
in a lovely quiet position close to all amenities. It was
a bonus being able to step out from the kitchen onto the pleasant
patio and have breakfast outside in February. The supermarkets
are nearby for fresh croissants. The kitchen was so well equipped
we also enjoyed having meals in some evenings and then wandering
out for a stoll round the bars. If you are eating out, Jackie
and Graham who look after the property can recommend the best
places to go.
Good facilities in the resort. The Atlantico Shopping Centre
is well worth a couple of visits. There is a weekly market
up in the hillside.
This was the most relaxing holiday ever. We are in the
process of booking again. The property is highly recommended.

We stayed this house in January and was just what we wanted
after a hectic christmas. The house is exactly as described
and very clean throughout. We had a great time and came home
so relaxed, I can't wait to go again as the weather was perfect
for the time of year. The house is situated on the best position
of the complex with fantastic pool and garden views. It's
great to be able to come straight out of the patio and only
be a few steps away from the pool. I have no hesitation to
recommend this property and Lyndsey was very helpful throughout.
We will definitely be returning.
Thanks again |

What a lovely start to a holiday. The property owners answered
all our questions quickly and kept us informed by e-mail of
the next step. The property was, clean, spacious, well maintained,
had a downstairs toilet and a garage area. The house has two
balconies with chairs and a garden area with a table and chairs
and two sun lounges. Looking out the gate you can see a surprisingly
nice size pool and well maintained pool area that is very
clean. The families who regularly visit the resort were very
friendly and welcoming. There is a nice couple who live close
by that look after the property and can answer questions you
may have.
The beach is only a short distance away and makes for a relaxing
walk. There are also plenty of reataurants a short walk away
from the house. I was surprised though at how quiet it was
but the time of year we went was the week before christmas!
I would definately recommend this property to friends and
family and felt we got good friendly customer care. Thank
you. |

The villa was everything advertised and more. It was so easy
to book and the photos helped. Everyone from the owner to
the lady on the complex were really helpful. The villa is
in a nice quite part of town, it was exceptionally clean.
The beach and town are within walking distance. We eat in
a few nights and was able to have the use of a washing machine
which was really good.We took our own DVD's and used the player
rather than the satalite TV. I would recommend this villa
to any of my family and friends and would definately book
again. Thank you

This house is exactly as described on the website, we had
a great time during our stay, accomodation is superb, lovely
beds, all equipment is brand new, great pool, if you need
any help or information Graham and Jackie are around most
of the time. Location convenient for, restaurants, cafes and
bars, beach is a 20 minute walk if you go the long way round,
but about ten minutes through town centre, would certainly
stay here again.

Just wanted to say that we had a great time staying in this
wonderful property. The house was fully furnished and catered
for all our needs, they even supplied a cot and highchair
for our little one. The house had great pool views which is
ideal when you want to keep an eye out for the children in
and around the pool.
The owners had supplied everything you need for a home from
home experience. They even had books, CD/ DVD‘s if you
wanted to have an evening in, board games and lilo’s
for the beach and pool, which I’ve personally never
seen before when we have been self catering.
We found it ideally situated for the beach and all the restaurants
/ bars and particularly enjoyed regular evening’s entertainment
at Piero’s after a great meal in El Fado or The Fado
Rock.
I would have no problem recommending both the owner and property
from the booking process to the end of our holiday. I have
recommended you to all our family and friends. We will definitely
see you next year. |

a real tonic. Your house is in a ideal position on a lovely
clean, friendly complex just out of town but close to everything
including the beautiful beach. Thank you again for the advice
about the free bus service, Andrew used it to get to the golf
course. We would not hesitate to recommend you to our friends
and we hope to see you again in the near future. |

Myself, my wife and my two boys aged 4 & 7 had a great
week (In October) staying in this modern apartment. The
location is very convinient with shops, restaurants and
the local beach within walking distance. The apartment was
spotless and situated in a quiet friendly complex. The two
story set up worked well for us as we could put the boys
to bed and relax downstairs without disturbing them. The
poll area is lovely and overall I couldn't fault the accomadation.

We have just returned from Caleta de Fuste in Fuerteventura.
This was our first time on the island and we stayed in this
beautiful house very near the beach and amenities. The house
looked exactly as it did in on the website, very clean and
very tastefully decorated. The booking process was very easy
and we were also collected at the airport and taken to the
house which was just a short ride away.
We found Caleta de Fuste to be the perfect family holiday
as there was so much to do. Our children loved the beach
at the horse shoe bay and we shocked to see how big the
beach was. They loved all the sporting facilities and there
were even camel rides on the beach.
We would
definitely recommend this for a holiday. We had some perfect
winter sunshine about 80 degrees, stunning beaches, and
plenty to do. The only regret is that my husband didn’t
get his game of golf in as we ran out of time. Hope to see
you again next year.

We had a lovely
lazy holiday with the girls and the girls want to come back
next year - they felt it was a very safe place and loved the
shopping at Atlantico and the capital.
Met many friendly people there in the complex and the girls
had their photos taken with Martin Keown who happened to be
there as well as Nick Hancock.
Great to know about the free bus to Atlantico shopping centre
& beaches.
Didn’t hire a car so didn’t get to see the island
but that's a good reason to go again.
Found a lovely Italian restaurant La Torre above the Portuguese
restaurant which we can highly recommend and to which we went
three times. Shame to come back to disappointing English weather
when we wanted to show off our tans!!

W e visited feuterventura in june for a week . we booked it
last minute with lyndsey via email and it could not of been
easier . For a hassle free week in the sun it was fantastic
, from being picked up by Graham from the airport to the moment
he took us back to the airport everything was great Graham
had organised milk, tea , coffee and much needed squash for
the kids . The house was very comfortable and very well equipped
with everything we needed if we wanted to stay around the
lovely clean pool and cook a meal at home or a good selection
of restaurants nearby to choose from if we fancied eating
out . There was quite a few handy netto shops nearby for your
groceries . The beach is lovely and safe and the sea is shallow
for a long way out if you want a paddle or swim. we would
definitely recommend this property.
