Euro Rate prices are based 1.15 Euros. These
are subject to change
Please note the above prices
are based on a occupancy of 4 guests. Occupancy of 1-4 guests
will have the use of 2 bedrooms on the upper level, which is 1 x
double room and 1 x twin room. Occupancy of 5-6 guests will have
the full use of all 3 bedrooms and will be charged at a
supplement of £30 pp per week for the 5th & 6th person.
- A
£50 per week non refundable deposit is required to
secure your booking. The remainder balance to be paid 8
weeks before commencement of holiday. Payment in full is
required if the booking is less than 8 weeks before departure.
Please note any booking cancellations are non refundable
less than 6 weeks prior to departure.
- We
can accept payment by cheque, bank transfer or credit card
(3% fee). The prices quoted per week are for occupancy of
4 guests.
- £125.00
breakage deposit is required. This is payable with the final
balance and will be refunded at the end of the holiday subject
to an inventory of contents. In the unlikely event of damages
/ breakages, customers will be liable to the full replacement
cost of the damaged or missing item (s).
- You
can start your holiday on any day you like
- Please
note we do not take responsibility for any loss, injury
or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you
while staying at the property and recommend you take out
suitable insurance before travelling.
- Bedroom
3 is located on the ground floor of the house and is not
suitable for children under the age of 11.
Additional Extra
- Welcome
pack : If you are arriving late in the evening
and would like us to arrange a welcome pack of essentials
like tea, coffee, water, milk,eggs and bread etc, this can
be arranged if pre booked with us before your trip. The
cost of this would depend on what you have requested plus
a small charge of €10 for delivery. This is payable
directly to our on-site management team at the property.
